M.Ibrahim (Bapuseth) Tungekar

M.Ibrahim (Bapuseth) was born on April 16th, 1876 in India. M.Ibrahim (Bapuseth)'s father was M.Jaffer Tungekar and his mother was Marium Tungekar. His paternal grandfather is Ghulam Hussain Tungekar. He had five brothers and three sisters, named M.Ismaeel, Ghulamhussain, A.Rehman, Rahimuddin, Hasan, Sara, Daughtermjaffer and Jameela. He was the fourth oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 55 on January 17th, 1932 in India; Y.

- Tungekars got rich due their Salt Works and business reached heights d ue to the efforts of Mohammed Ebrahim s/o Mohammed Jaffer (http://www . tungekar/ebrahimtungekar.html) who spread the business to other coun tr ies. They were named the 'King of Salts' by Times of India at that tim e.
